Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At Jaribooti Ghar, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take utmost care to ensure that all products delivered to our customers are in excellent condition. However, in rare circumstances, you may receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Eligible Cases for Return or Replacement

A return, replacement, or refund request will only be accepted if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • An incorrect product has been delivered.
  • The package is received in a tampered condition.

Requests for return or replacement must be made within 5 days of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products with broken seals.
  • Products returned without original packaging.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
  • Products returned without prior approval from our support team.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return, replacement, or refund request, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for return/replacement/refund
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photograph showing the batch number (if applicable)
  • Copy of the invoice or order confirmation

Return Pickup Process

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup through our courier partner wherever available.

The product must be returned in:

  • Original packaging
  • Original labels and tags
  • Unused condition
  • Properly sealed condition

Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Replacement Policy

If your replacement request is approved, we will dispatch the replacement product at no additional cost.

Replacement orders are subject to product availability. If the same product is unavailable, we may offer:

  • A suitable alternative product, or
  • A full refund

Replacement products are generally delivered within 5–7 business days after approval.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, the refund process will be initiated.

For Online Payments

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional few business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds will be processed through bank transfer or UPI after receiving your account details.

The refund will generally be completed within 5–7 business days after verification and approval.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be governed by this Return & Refund Policy.

Policy Updates

Jaribooti Ghar reserves the right to modify or update this Return, Replacement & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any changes will become effective immediately upon being published on the website.
